Customer Policy:

Our prime goal is maximum satisfaction of our customers. In case you are not satisfied with our products or there is any problem with your order, please inform us as soon as possible through Facebook or any of the Hotline numbers @01711036872 , @01621416121. We work very hard to keep our stock numbers accurate. Back-Order is rare, but there are a variety of issues that can lead to inaccuracies. We apologize for any inconvenience. We will ship all in-stock items right away, with the Back-Ordered items shipping as soon as they are available. They will ship via the same shipping method you select during checkout. You will not be charged with any additional shipping charge.

Product and Ordering Policy:

You can place your order through

  • Facebook-You can place your order with details at the PANDA ELECTRONICS Facebook page.

Any complains regarding the newly bought product is to be reported within 2 days of purchase.

Replacement policy will not be applicable if the product is used,soldered, burnt, physically or electrically damaged or deformed by the customer. 

Orders are to be placed within the Business hours in order to get it in time.Products of Special Offers are not eligible for replacement. Product once sold cannot be refunded. For cancellation of order, it is to be notified before shipping. If we are closed when you call, you can leave a message, but due to normal variations in shipping speed, your order may have moved out of a “cancellable” status by the time we get the message. If that is the case, it will not be possible to cancel your order, despite your timely notification of cancellation.

Pickup and Delivery policy:

For Deliveries outside Sylhet, delivery cost is to be bared by the Customer.
